Semi-annual GM #194

On Wednesday the 21st of February, General Meeting #194 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening and start at 16:30. Some free dinner will be provided by the KookCie including a dessert, so if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments!

The main topics that will be discussed are the semi-annual financial statements of both the Intermate finances as well as of the borrel finances, personal and policy evaluation & reflection, HR exemption regarding member credits and last but not least, the Freshmen committees will give an update! The documents of this meeting can be found here, two weeks in advance (Note that you have to log in first). They can also be found in the Internaat. Check them out and/or discuss them with your fellow students!

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
