Related Associations

Study Associations representing study programs at other universities that are comparable to the programs represented by Intermate are called “Sister Associations”. The board has contact with the boards of these associations, and sometimes visits them to talk about the differences and similarities of the programs and approaches used.

These are our Sister Associations:

• NWSV Helix: Natuurwetenschap & Innovatiemanagement (Utrecht)
• S.A. Astatine: Advanced Technology (Twente)
• SV Leonardo da Vinci: Natuurwetenschappen (Nijmegen)
• Studievereniging Subliem: Science, Business and Innovation (Amsterdam)
• S.A. Proto: Creative Technology and Interaction Technology (Twente)

Study Associations from other study programs of the TU/e are called “Niece Associations” of Intermate. Mainly the board has a lot of contact with these other associations. For example, two board members of each TU/e study association gather together with the board of the Federation of Study Associations Eindhoven (FSE) to talk about topics that concern all the study associations. Sometimes Intermate organizes an activity with a Niece Association.
