General meeting 192

On Tuesday the 17th of October, General Meeting #192 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening and start at 17:30. It will take place in the Internaat, which means the bar will be open!! We will start with some delicious diner from the KookCie including a dessert, so if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments!

The main topics that will be discussed are the new rules regarding VAT and how these affect the budget. Because of these new rules, there will also be a discussion time on how to deal with these new rules for the declarations. Besides those two main topics an HR exemption for the Symposium will be discussed, Epicurus, In 't Audt and Ultimate will offer their annual report to the GM and for the first time, a sustainability update will be given. If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
