Drink lecture about business agility by Accenture

Due to the rapid changes in society and technology companies are forced to become more adaptable and responsive to this change. To do so, Accenture tries to help companies to become adjustable flexible and agile. Agile is a way of working and a mindset that helps companies being better prepared to be able to change course when needed. To do so they need to base their work on feedback from stakeholders of the product or service they work on. By using this feedback Accenture will always get to the product or service that is longed for. In this lecture they will explain a little more, and they will prepare an interactive workshop to clarify what they do and how it works.
