GM #190

On Tuesday the 28th of March, General Meeting #190 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening and start at 17:30. It will take place in the Internaat, which means the bar will be open!! We will provide you with some delicious wok takeout from Soho for dinner, so if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments! You can (un)subscribe for dinner up until Monday the 27th of March at 12:00.

The main topics that will be discussed are the semi-annual statement of the BorrelCie finances and the election of the 40th candidate board. The documents of this meeting can be found here (Note that you have to log in first). They can also be found in the Internaat. Check them out and/or discuss them with your fellow students!

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.

You still have the chance to win a ‘borrelplank’! You need five GM attendances to be ensured of your own ‘borrelplank’. Do you not have the possibility to still be present at five GMs? Do not fear: you still have a chance to win a ‘borrelplank’. From this GM on, you will receive a lottery ticket per attendance in a final raffle! After the switch of boards GM, a raffle will take place in which some ‘borrelplanken’ will be raffled. So come by as many possible upcoming GMs to have the biggest chance to still win a ‘borrelplank’!
