On Wednesday the 15th of February, General Meeting #189 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening and start at 17:30 in Atlas 0.820. We will provide you with some delicious food made by the KookCie, so if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments!
The main topics that will be discussed are the semi-annual statement of the finances, a policy and personal evaluation of the board, and it will be Discussion time! After its success during GM #188, we want to discuss Intermate's committee policy. The documents with more detailed information about some of these topics can be found here (Note that you have to log in first). They can also be found in the Internaat. Check them out and/or discuss them with your fellow students!
Furthermore, you still have the chance to win a ‘borrelplank’! You need five GM attendances to be ensured of your own ‘borrelplank’. Do you not have the possibility to still be present at five GMs? Do not fear: you still have a chance to win a ‘borrelplank’. From this GM on, you will receive a lottery ticket per attendance in a final raffle! After the switch of boards GM, a raffle will take place in which some ‘borrelplanken’ will be raffled. So come by as many possible upcoming GMs to have the biggest chance to still win a ‘borrelplank’!
If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
If you are interested to learn more about Intermate, or if you want to know what we as a board have been doing for the last few weeks, be sure to attend!
With kind regards,
Epicurus
