GM #188

On Tuesday the 6th of December, General Meeting #188 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening again and start at 17:30 in Atlas -1.820. We will provide you with some delicious food made by the KookCie, if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments!

The main topics that will be discussed are a budget change in the finances and the borrel finances, the election of a general member for the Application Committee, and it will be Discussion time! In this last point we want to give YOU the possibility to voice your opinion on the year planning of Intermate by having an open discussion about this topic. The documents with more detailed information about some of these topics can be found here (Note that you have to log in first). They can also be found in the Internaat. Check them out or discuss them with your fellow students!

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please hand this authorization form in to a board member. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
