In small groups you are going to brainstorm what went wrong at Schiphol, what data would you use to make an analysis? There are far too few baggage employees, who is responsible for this and what preceded this? Also think about long-term planning and the current aging population, could/should Schiphol have seen this problem coming? Together we will make various calculations and clarify the business consequences. We are very curious about your way of working and thinking and are looking forward to your advice for a better personnel planning for Schiphol!
