GM #187

Dear members,

On Tuesday the 18th of October, General Meeting #187 of study association Intermate will take place. It will be in the evening again and start at 17:30 in Atlas 0.820. We will provide you with some delicious food made by the KookCie, if you have any allergies, please state those in the comments.

The main topics that will be discussed are the borrel finances, cash register system Twelve, and the statutes. The documents with more detailed information about some of these topics can be found here. (Note that you have to log in first) They can also be found in the Internaat. Check them out or discuss them with your fellow students!

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an autorization form. Please give this authorization form to the board. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
