GM #196 Board switch

On Tuesday the 4th of June, General Meeting #196 of study association Intermate will take place. It will start at 17:30 at Velosoof!! A nice dinner will be provided for you. It will be an amazing vegetarian and vegan buffet!

We have to communicate the amount of people that want dinner a week before the GM so please subscribe before the 28th of May if you want dinner!

The main topics that will be discussed are the policy and personal evaluation of Aether, the annual financial statements of Intermate and the BorrelCie and the switch of the boards.

On Wednesday the 5th of June, the resumption will take place where the 41st board will present their policy and budget plans.

If you cannot attend, you can authorize another member to vote on your behalf by filling in an authorization form. Please give this authorization form to the board. You can hand it in up until the start of the GM, preferably at least one hour before the start.
