With 9 weeks remaining as the board of Intermate, it is time that our successors get chosen and prepared for their board year. Therefore, the 151th General Meeting of study association Intermate will revolve primarily around the election of the 33rd board. Other topics on the agenda include the selection of the Financial Control Committee of 2016-2017 and a presentation about the rehousing. This General Meeting will take place on Tuesday March 29th, starting at 18:00 in the IPO Lounge.
The nominations of the 32nd board of Intermate for candidates of the 33rd board will be announced shortly.
If you would like to form a counter board or if you want to run for candidate board member, you will have to hand in a written application, in which you provide an overview of your candidate members, by March 27 (at the latest). In order for this application to be deemed valid, it has to be signed by at least 10 members of study association Intermate. If you want to use a PowerPoint-presentation to help presenting the core points of your policy and personal motivations, you should also send this to the board by March 27th.
The documents for the upcoming General Meeting can be found on Intramate.
Should you decide to be present, you can also enjoy a free meal cooked by the KookCie. All you have to do for this is to subscribe. Subscriptions close at 13:00 on 29-03-2016.
